Comcast Cable has added Shawna Erdmann as Senior Vice President of Learning. Comcast Cable is one of the United States’ largest video, high-speed internet, and phone providers to residential customers under the Xfinity brand, and provides these services to businesses.
Shawna spent the last 2+ years as the Chief Talent and Learning Officer at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where she led development, succession planning, talent and performance review, coaching, mentoring, talent mobility, and high potential rotational programs. Shawna pioneered the company’s first globally deployed leadership program and creation of effective management tools. She has over 23 years’ experience in education, development, and training.
