Digital Dynamics, Inc. (DDI) a leader in design and manufacture of custom electronics is pleased to introduce Mr. Nir Merry as our new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) effective January 25, 2021.

Mr. Merry joins DDI with over 30 years of hardware and software experience developing processes and controls for Semiconductor Manufacturing, Surgical Tools, and HVAC.

A long time Applied Materials executive, Mr. Merry’s career has resulted in over 30 patents and holds BS and MS degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.

Mr. Merry replaces Daryl Gault who will retire after 24 years with DDI. While CEO, Mr. Gault transitioned the company to Employee Owned through an Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP). Mr. Gault will continue his duties as Chairman of the Board.

DDI builds control electronics and related products in Scotts Valley, CA for capital equipment in semiconductor and photovoltaic wafer fabrication, metrology, and research markets.

DDI is currently shipping our next generation of I/O controllers called the SuperIOr® Controller.  SuperIOr is designed for applications that may require high speed (8 kHz) plus large (>1000) distributed I/O counts with sub-millisecond response times and configurable safety interlocks.
