Maddie is a Consultant in the Boston office of Howard Fischer Associates, where she specializes in executive level searches for venture capital-backed, private equity-backed and public companies in the technology space.
Prior to joining HFA, Maddie worked in Human Resources at a biotech company.
Maddie earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Neuroscience from Colby College.
