Heather Zerafa is an operations and finance professional with over twenty years of leadership experience in the Hospitality industry. Heather has demonstrated the ability to increase revenue, develop and maintain budgets, enhance guest service and manage teams. She has extensive revenue/yield management knowledge, including the maximization of revenue and profit contribution through inventory management, product positioning and pricing, channel management and packaging as well as the ability to assess financial performance.
Heather previously was the Head of Finance at Merlin Entertainments, and the Director of Finance and Revenue Management at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment.
