Throughout his career, Tom has endeavored to motivate teams, build consensus, and communicate openly and honestly. He leads by example to champion the team performance, and to transform ideas into actionable programs. Most recently, Tom was Vice President of Human Resources for Chelten House Products, and Global VP of Human Resources for Arc in France. Tom also served in Vice President of Human Resources roles for Arc, and Unique Industries.
