Before joining Vontier in 2021, Amy served as Senior VP of HR at Builders FirstSource, where she successfully led HR integration efforts with a focus on total rewards, employee engagement, cultural and organizational alignment, and DE&I as the company merged with BMC. She previously held senior leadership-level HR roles at BMC, DBI Services, Performance Food Group, and Rodale.
