Laura is a Consultant in the Philadelphia office of Howard Fischer Associates. She is focused on C-Suite and executive leadership searches for both public and private companies.
Prior to joining HFA, Laura worked as a Senior Research Associate for Diversified Search, focusing on their technology and industrial practices. She began her career in recruiting by building out the talent acquisition function for the tech startup, BlueCart.
Laura earned her BA from the University of Richmond.
