Kris is a Partner in the Philadelphia office where he leads senior-level searches and executive talent pipeline projects in Industrial Technology, Business and Consumer Services, and Manufacturing. Kris also partners with our Silicon Valley office on searches in a variety of industries including Enterprise Software, SaaS, Healthcare IT, Telecommunications, and E-commerce.
Kris has experience executing searches for Public, Private, Venture Capital, and Private Equity backed companies across various functions including HR, Finance, Marketing, IT, Sales, General Management, Engineering, and Operations. Kris is a versatile search consultant adept at managing complex searches end to end, driving close engagement with top executives, and driving effective search execution.
Prior to joining Howard Fischer Associates, Kris spent eight years with Philips, the global healthcare, lighting, and consumer technology company where he helped build out their global in-house executive search function from the ground up. Kris recruited VP, SVP, and C-Level executives for Philips globally, across all functions (Sales, Marketing, HR, Engineering, and Operations) and across sectors (Healthcare Technology, Lighting, Consumer Products, and Professional Services).
Kris earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Boston College along with his MBA in e-Business from the University of San Francisco.
