Charles has deep expertise in managing and growing SaaP / SaaS product portfolios and e-commerce websites with relentless focus on driving results. Charles has demonstrated ability to build and energize multi-discipline, global teams and achieve revenue goals.
Prior to Financial Recovery Technologies, Charles had Vice President roles in Marketing at Epsilon, where he oversaw all product and portfolio B2B marketing activities for the company’s SaaS-based CRM, email, data, loyalty and multichannel marketing products and services.
