In previous roles, she has handled complex employee relations, developed strong knowledge of employment law, designed and delivered a centralized employee relations function, and created a scalable centralized pool of resources. Most recently, Jaclyn has supported business groups through activities such as talent calibration, succession planning, strategic organizational planning, and promotions.
