Ralph Kasuba Joins as Chief Technology Officer & Patrick Joyce as SVP of Product
PHILADELPHIA, PA–(Marketwired – November 22, 2013) – Pet360, Inc. — an integrated media and technology company — announced today the addition of Ralph Kasuba as Chief Technology Officer and Patrick Joyce as SVP of Digital Product Development. As CTO, Kasuba will lead Pet360’s overall technology strategy, partnering with business and functional units as well as external companies to introduce innovative new offerings that meet the needs of pet owners. Joyce will lead Pet360’s digital product innovation roadmap, maximizing the interaction of content, commerce, media, mobile and community.

Kasuba has more than 20 years experience developing and executing comprehensive IT strategies for Fortune 500 and start-up technology organizations. He joins Pet360 from ChannelIQ where he led the development of technology platforms for more than 180 manufacturers, distributors and retailers such as Sony, Apple, GEC Appliances, Olympus, Panasonic, Toys-R-Us, LG Electronics, Weber and Tumi. Prior to ChannelIQ, Kasuba held senior leadership positions at iContact, Channel Advisor, Pinnacor/CBS MarketWatch and Broadcom.

Joyce joins Pet360 from LivingSocial where he most recently served as Director and General Manager of Mobile and was previously Director of Engineering for Consumer Products. He was hired as LivingSocial’s fifth engineer in 2009 and built the first version of LivingSocial Deals in just two weeks. Over the next four years, Joyce was directly involved in the design and development of every aspect of the platform, including payment systems, internal tools, consumer products and mobile applications.
