Eric Ferst is a Partner in the Philadelphia office, serving as a strategic adviser to senior executives and boards of public and private companies. Eric collaborates with his clients to help identify, attract, and evaluate top executives to drive success for their businesses’ needs. Over the last 15+ years, Eric has developed specific expertise in the full cycle of executive search; from business development, design and management of the search process and client/candidate management, to sourcing, selection, and assessment, as well as in areas including executive compensation and succession planning.
His clients range from Fortune 50 to emerging technology companies across multiple industries, including media, telecommunications, digital, consumer and enterprise services and products and technology. Eric has completed over 100 searches for C-Level executives and external Board of Directors, within General Management (CEO, COO, President, GM); Marketing (CMO, Marketing Communications, Media/Advertising, Branding); Sales; Finance (CFO, FP&A, M&A, Corp Dev); Customer Service; IT; and Engineering.
Prior to joining HFA, Eric was Vice President of Client Services at Expert Business Development, LLC. He was responsible for day-to-day operations, including client business development, planning, implementation, and management. Eric aided in the hiring and training of all company employees and was the primary architect of the company’s web-hosted application and internal system structure.
Eric received a BA in Finance, Investment, and Banking from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
