Joe is Chief Financial and Administrative Officer. As CFAO, Joe has oversight for financial reporting, cash management, legal and corporate matters, and is liaison with the Executive Committee. Joe has an extensive financial and operational background, including financial reporting, cash forecasting and management, internal controls, system implementation, and project management.
Prior to joining HFA, Joe was the Controller at Holman, overseeing all financial and operational aspects of the Insurance Division. During his time in this role, Joe helped increase overall operating profit by 77% in 3 years by working with the leadership team to implement sales and growth initiatives and cost savings measures. In addition, Joe spearheaded the implementation of a new agency management system.
Joe also served as Manager of Shared Services for Holman Corporate, where he led the successful consolidation of central accounting services for the east coast dealership group as well as the centralization of the payroll function for the entire organization (6500+ employees) in conjunction with the implementation of Workday payroll and time tracking.
Joe earned his bachelor’s degree in General Management from Thomas Edison State University and an MBA from Holy Family University. Joe also serves as a volunteer instructor for the University of the People.
